Helpful things to include
If you're reporting a problem with a conversion, a few details help us fix it faster:
- Which converter you were using (for example, Markdown to PDF or Word to Markdown).
- Your browser and operating system.
- What you expected versus what happened. A small sample of the input is ideal — but only share content you're comfortable sending.
A reminder: conversions run entirely in your browser, so we never see your files unless you choose to attach a sample to your email. See our privacy policy for the full picture.
